3 Tracking details sent via email and WhatsApp
As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you a Tracking URL and AWB number via both email and WhatsApp. Use the tracking URL to live track your order at any time.
4 Order out for delivery
Our logistics partner will attempt delivery to your address. For prepaid orders, an OTP is required to receive your package — keep your 10-digit Indian mobile number handy. Missing the OTP may result in a failed delivery and additional reshipping charges.
5 Order delivered to your door
Your order arrives safely. 3–5 days for metro cities and 5–7 days for non-metro cities from the date of dispatch. Unforeseen delays may occasionally occur — track your order for the latest update.

Our logistics partner will attempt to deliver your shipment 3 times. Please keep your phone reachable. For prepaid orders, have your OTP ready at the time of delivery.
2. Package returned to our warehouse
If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, your package is returned to our warehouse. We will notify you when it arrives back with us.
3. Reship on request — additional ₹200 charge
We will reship your order on your request for an additional shipping charge of ₹200. For COD orders that were returned, reshipping is only done after the full order payment is made online along with the ₹200 reshipping charge.
Important: A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory. For prepaid orders, OTP-based delivery is followed by our logistics partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead to non-delivery — which is beyond our control — and will incur an additional reshipping charge of ₹200.
