CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, for any reason if you require to cancel your order, we would respect your decision and would request you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order is canceled before the product is shipped then the full amount would be refunded. 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

All the products sold under our website - Rajsii Vibes can be exchanged as per below :

• Inform about the exchange within 24 hours from the time you received the product by emailing us on rajsiilooks@gmail.com. The customer has to courier the products that need to be exchanged at your own expense as we do not have pick up facility. The product has to reach us within 5 days from the date of the email sent.
• The product has to be in a good and in unused condition with its original packaging.
• Products in used / without original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
• Products that are not informed / not received by us within 5 days are not eligible for exchange.
• All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks before dispatching them. In case of quality not meeting your expectations, no refund will be given.

RETURN POLICY 

In case of a refund for return of a damage product you need to send us the full video starting from opening of the package till the end an email on rajsiilooks@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

It will take 7 to 10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
