Did not like the product that you ordered? Changed your mind after receiving the order or want to cancel your order? Received a defected item? No worries. We understand that sometimes you purchase a fashion item and later decide not to wear it.  We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very hassle-free return policy to our customers. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Please read and follow the below steps based on your concern:  

RETURN POLICY

  1. Send return request to Rajsii Vibes within 24hours of receiving the product.
  2. Our team will send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours of receiving your return request.
  3. Once the return request is approved via email, ship the product back to us with all the original packaging within 5 days of approval of your return request. The customer will bear the cost of shipping.
  4. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24 to 48 hours about the receipt. The returned products will go through strict quality check before return approval. 
  5.         Once the return is approved and refund is calculated, you will receive a Website Coupon Code on your registered email/phone number within 3 business days, which you can use for your next purchase.

At Rajsii Vibes, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and hassle-free return process for our valued customers. Please follow the steps below to initiate and complete your return:

Step 1: Prompt Notification 

Please share the name and image of the product via email at teams@rajsiivibes.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours. If the time slot falls on a Sunday or Holiday, then our team will call you on the subsequent working day.

Step 2: Return approval and shipment 

  • Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. 
  •       After your return request is approved, please ship the product(s) back to us within five days.   
  •         The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. 
  • The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging.
  • Kindly ship the product(s) using a trusted courier service and provide the tracking information after dispatch.

Step 3: Quality Check and Refund Coupon Code 

  • Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. 
  • The returned products go through strict quality checks. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. 
  • After your return is approved and your refund has been processed, a website coupon code will be sent to your registered email or phone number within three business days.  You can use this coupon code for your next purchase. Please read the coupon code redemption rules - conditions apply*

Important Points: 

  • All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code. 
  •         Items are not eligible for returns unless you notify us within 48 hours and we receive them within 5 days.   
  •         We carefully check each of our products multiple times for quality before shipping them out. Refunds are not available if the quality fails to meet your expectations. Damaged/used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
  • The customer can choose to have the item shipped back to them for 200, or they may collect it from our warehouse in Mumbai.
  •           If you need to return an order that originally had free shipping due to a special offer, 200 will be deducted from your refund coupon codes to cover the shipping cost from our warehouse to you

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Typically, orders are managed and fulfilled within four hours, except when placed during nighttime or on holidays. These orders are managed and finalized the following morning. 
  • You can cancel your order on our website at any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse.  
  • For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. 
  • If you cancel a prepaid order before it ships, you can choose to receive your refund either as a coupon code or through your original payment method. (5% deduction as payment gateway charges)
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can return the product, and the return policy will apply.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT

All our products pass through a rigorous three-step quality inspection and are meticulously packed, so they reach our customers in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions, a manufacturing defect may occur that escapes initial detection. In such cases, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product or issue you a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product. Please follow the steps below to initiate and complete your return:

  1.         Notify us of the manufacturing defect within 48 hours of receiving the product. Kindly take a video while unboxing your package or provide clear photos of the product so you can properly document any issues you encounter.
  2.       After our team approves your request by email, we'll schedule a reverse pick-up at no additional cost, within 24 hours of sending the confirmation.
  3.       Once the reverse pick-up is completed and if the item is in stock, a replacement package will be sent to you. If your item is out of stock, a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product will be issued with 1-year validity. You can use that for your next purchase.

Step 1: Prompt Notification with Proof 

Notify Us Within 48 Hours: Please provide a video of your package unboxing or clear photographs of the product that accurately display the issues encountered. Send an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at teams@rajsiivibes.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours. 

Step 2: Reverse Pick-up 

Once your return is approved and our team confirms that your order qualifies for return and replacement, we will arrange to pick up your product at no extra cost. This reverse pickup service is available only for orders delivered within India. Once confirmation is received, the pickup will be tried within the next 24 hours. Please have the products ready for pickup; if they are not prepared, the pickup may be cancelled and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense.  

Step 3: Refund Coupon Code 

Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same. If we do not have that item in stock, we shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 1 year from the date of issuance. In cases of replacement or damage, refunds will not be issued to the original payment method. We will be happy to provide you with a product replacement or issue a refund coupon code (review our refund coupon code policy).

REFUND COUPON CODE USAGE

1.     Credit in the form of Website Coupon Code.

2.     Coupon Code is for One Time Use with 1-Year Validity

3.       This Refund Coupon Code cannot be used together with other promotions/offers or coupon codes.  

4.     The refund code will expire after use. If the shipment is not accepted, the customer will no longer be able to use it. Please make sure to accept the shipment.

1.       A maximum of two Refund Coupon Codes may be issued for one product, referencing the initial order.

  • A refund will be issued as a credit in the form of a coupon code only.
  • This coupon code can only be used once and cannot be reused for other orders. 
  • The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used at any time within the 1-year period for your purchase.
  • We will process your coupon code within three business days after we receive your returned products or confirmation on the cancellation of your order. 
  • The coupon code issued as a refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order.
  • A customer is only allowed to use one coupon code per order, so if a refund coupon code is used, no additional offer coupon codes can be applied to that same order. 
  • If a customer uses a refund coupon code from an earlier order to make a new purchase, and then refuses the delivery, the coupon will be voided and cannot be used again. Please ensure shipment of COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you. 
  • A customer, who has used a refund code to place an order, returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order.

    OTHER APPLICABLE DEDUCTIONS 

    • In case of pre-paid orders, once the shipment is dispatched, and is not accepted by the customer, and the shipment is then returned back to our warehouse, the amount of 250 will be deducted for the dispatch and return, and the balance amount will be refunded via our website refund coupon code, which will be sent to you in your email. If packages are returned undelivered, no bank transfer or credit to the original source will be issued. Please read the refund coupon code redemption rules - conditions apply*
    • If you've made an online prepaid payment and the money has been deducted from your card or wallet but you haven't received an order confirmation, please reach out to us before trying to pay again. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. If you make a duplicate payment before confirming with us, a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges will be applied to the repeated transaction amount before issuing a refund.
    •  In case of High Value COD orders, a token amount of 250 is taken. If a Cash on Delivery order is not accepted, cancelled by the customer, or returned to our warehouse for any reason, this token amount will not be refunded. (250 as per standard deduction for the 'to & fro' journey of the package).
    • If the token amount paid for a COD order exceeds 250, the extra amount will be refunded to the customer as a coupon code, in line with the policy, and sent via email. Please read the refund coupon code redemption rules - conditions apply*
